Volunteer Opportunities

Program Volunteer

Our signature On Belay programs could not happen without the support of generous volunteers.

As a Program Volunteer, you will attend a program in person and help manage a group of about ten youths, along with another volunteer and a program site facilitator, throughout the day’s adventure.

On Belay will provide resources and support to manage your group effectively and successfully.

To provide the best experience for our On Belay kids and families, we ask that Program Volunteers be available consistently for programs throughout the year.

Check out our upcoming program schedule HERE to ensure they will work for your schedule.

Requirements:
- 19+ years old
- Ability to pass a background check

Event Volunteer

Help On Belay at an upcoming On Belay signature or community event!

On Belay engages in both community outreach as well as individual fundraising events that are not possible without volunteer support.

Our typical events that need volunteers include:

- Tabling at community events (occurs throughout the year)
- Seacoast Half Marathon water stop (October)
- On Belay’s Annual Gingerbread Build (November & December)

Admin/Other Volunteer Needs

As a small nonprofit, we are always looking for support with various administrative tasks!

Examples of admin needs include: social media support, program photographer, donor outreach, volunteer coordinator, carpentry (office cabinetry), partner outreach, and much more!

Do you have a special skill or interest you would like to use in support of On Belay? Email Madeline at madeline@on-belay.org.
