What is the difference between an On Belay Program and an On Belay Event?
On Belay programs are for our youth participants. They’re our mission and our main service. They wouldn’t be possible without the fundraising and engagement that comes from our community events! Our Events are ways the general community can engage with On Belay and its mission. Community Events are open to everyone!

20th Annual Birthday Bash
We are excited to celebrate On Belay’s 20th Year supporting kids impacted by a loved one’s cancer! We will be getting together where it all started, The Browne Center, where we will be treated to “mocktails” and tasty treats from the top chefs and restaurants across the Seacoast!

First Annual Pickleball FUNdraiser
Join us for a day of Pickleball fun all while raising money to support our On Belay kids! Spots are limited and expected to fill fast - register today!
When: Saturday, August 24, 2024
9:00am-5:00pm
Where: Portsmouth Community Campus - 100 Campus Drive, Portsmouth, NH
Who: Everyone! The morning will be catered to novices and beginners, while the afternoon is for intermediate and advanced pickleballers.
NH Gives
NH Gives is a statewide day of giving every year in June. Because of you, we were able to raise over $17,000 in 2023 during NH Gives! In 2024, help us beat last year and honoring On Belay’s 20th Year by raising $20,000 during this year’s event!

Our Annual Events
On Belay Family Day
On Belay’s Family Day is a day to bring all of our active and potential On Belay families together to build community between families. On Belay’s Family Day is open to all families and their children who qualify for On Belay’s programs.

Gingerbread Build
This year will be On Belay’s 16th Annual Gingerbread Build fundraising event, and will be capping off our celebrations for On Belay’s 20th Year! The Gingerbread Build is a premier Seacoast event that launches the community into the holiday season.
Each team helps On Belay provide our free adventure programs for kids impacted by a loved one’s cancer.
