Who: We have something for everyone! Never played before? That’s okay, we’ve got something for you! Play every week? We have something for you too! Find a buddy (any age or gender mix) of equal skill level and sign up!

Why: On Belay’s free year-round adventure programs support kids impacted by a loved one’s cancer diagnosis. On Belay’s programs are intentionally designed to use adventure programs as a vehicle to provide a supportive community of like-experienced peers, uncover inner resilience, and to have fun! Registration is limited to the first 64 teams, with only 16 teams per competition category

Entry fee is $80 per pair.

FORMAT

This is a FUNdraiser, with morning games geared towards less experienced players (new to the sport and 2.0-2.75) and the afternoon with more advanced players in mind (3.0-3.6 and 3.75 & above). The tournament will be in a partner ladder format. This means you and your partner will play together throughout. Pairs can be of any gender or age mix. Games will last 13 minutes. At the end of time, the team ahead in score will move up one court. The team behind in score will move down one court. In case of a tie score when time is called, the teams will play one more rally. The team that wins that rally will be declared the winning team regardless of serve.

The Tournament Director reserves the right to change the format should circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, necessitate. Fun prizes will be awarded upon the final results of the bracket.

Players should bring their own equipment, chairs, hydration products, snacks, and medical supplies. Water stations and port-a-potty’s will be available on-site.

Rain delays are possible. Each registrant assumes the risk that adverse weather could create scheduling delays, abbreviated play, or event cancellation.

No Refunds

This tournament is a non-profit fundraiser, outdoor event with a no-refund policy. Each player assumes the risk of inclement weather forcing event cancellation. In the event of a cancellation made by the organizing committee 30 days prior to the event, On Belay will refund participants 40% of the registration fee.
