Why: On Belay’s free year-round adventure programs support kids impacted by a loved one’s cancer diagnosis. On Belay’s programs are intentionally designed to use adventure programs as a vehicle to provide a supportive community of like-experienced peers, uncover inner resilience, and to have fun! FORMAT

This is a FUNdraiser, with morning games geared towards beginners and intermediate players (2.5-2.99 & 3.0-3.49) and the afternoon with intermediate+ and advanced players in mind (3.5-3.99 & 4.0+).

Competition format will be a round robin of 6 games. Teams will be awarded points based on wins and losses. The top four teams after 6 games based on points awarded during the round robin will play in the championship round for an opportunity to win great prizes!

Quick Facts:

  • Pairs can be of any gender or age mix - just make sure your partner is of similar skill

  • Games will last 13 minutes, teams will have 15 minute rest between each game

  • Every team is guaranteed to play 6 games

  • Top 4 teams from each category will play one additional championship round game for a chance to win AMAZING prizes!

The Tournament Director reserves the right to change the format should circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, necessitate.

8:00am-8:50am AM Group Check-In

9:00am-12:30am — 2.5-2.99 & 3.0-3.49

12:15pm-1:00pm — PM Group Check-In

1:15pm-4:45pm —3.5-3.99 & 4.0+ Games

On Site, Ample, and FREE!

Players should bring their own equipment, chairs, hydration products, snacks, and medical supplies. Water stations and port-a-potty’s will be available on-site.

Weather

Rain delays are possible. Each registrant assumes the risk that adverse weather could create scheduling delays, abbreviated play, or event cancellation.

No Refunds

This tournament is a non-profit fundraiser, outdoor event with a no-refund policy. Each player assumes the risk of inclement weather forcing event cancellation. In the event of a cancellation made by the organizing committee 30 days prior to the event, On Belay will refund participants 40% of the registration fee.
