Carla Grimes

Accounts Payable Supervisor, Ropes & Gray

Carla, who is a Massachusetts native, joined the On-Belay board in 2021. She is an Accounts Payable Supervisor at Ropes & Gray and has worked in the finance field for over 20 years across numerous industries. She is an avid amateur astronomer and likes to split her time between writing, singing, and volunteering. The On-Belay mission is close to her heart as her mother and her best friend’s mother had pancreatic cancer when she was young. She knows firsthand what it means to have someone that understands what she was going through and is thrilled to be able to create that environment for others.
