Sasha Eisele – Executive Director
Sasha comes to On Belay with a passion for young people and the outdoors. After graduating from Maine College of Art, she followed her interest in creative problem solving and community development to the non-profit sector. She focused her efforts on fundraising and organizational development for a growing non-profit in Portland, Maine. After five years of helping kids from Maine discover the magic of Casco Bay, Sasha realized it was time for a new challenge. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to put her skills to work for On Belay and to help the organization realize its full potential.

When she isn’t dreaming of new ways to generate adventure opportunities for kids, you can find Sasha climbing exposed faces, searching for fresh powder, exploring the roads not traveled, cuddling with Guinness (her beloved Boston Terrier) and her husband Erik, making art, or indulging in a cup of dark roast and a great book.

Morgan Decker – Program Associate

As a teenager, Morgan participated program similar to On Belay and was  inspired to learn how she could impact others through experiential education.  Morgan graduated from the Outdoor Education Program at the University of New Hampshire in 2008 and has been working primarily as a facilitator at various challenge courses for community and school programs. As she returned to UNH to complete her Master’s Degree in Social Work, she wanted to find a way to continue to work with youth and non-profit organizations.  Morgan joined the On Belay community hoping to focus on creative ways to keep the community connected and to bring a fresh perspective. Morgan’s hard work and vision have been critical to On Belay’s continued growth.

While many of her passions double as work and play, she can be found spending much of her time with her family and friends on Pawtuckaway Lake or Lake Winnipesaukee. Of course she will usually admit she really goes home to see her dogs, as she can’t get enough of them. She enjoys kayaking, hiking, biking, and reading in her hammock.
