Each class is $15 per person – all levels welcome!
Yoga is a great way to cross train for any sport! Yoga can improve core strength, increase flexibility, improve coordination, and help heal or prevent injuries. We have some amazing teachers donating their time including Carter Siegel, Haley Walker, Ruth Abelmann, Claire Vanhoorn, and Kristan Bishop.
